¨       Type – Arial or Hebar  (Word’97 or next versions)

¨       Page Setup – Top: 20 mm, Bottom: 30 mm, Left: 20 mm, Right: 20 mm; Paper Size – A4

¨        It must have 3 free rows from the top of the first page – Font Size 12

 The paper must include:

¨       Title – Font Size 14, UPPERCASE, centered, Bold. One free row.

¨       One free row.

¨       Full name of author (authors) – Font Size 12, centered, regular.

¨      Department Name, University Name, Street No., Postal Code (ZIP) City, Country, phone: +xxx xx ..., e-mail. (12 points, centered, regular).

¨      Postal Address: Street No., Postal Code (ZIP) City, Country, phone: +xxx xx ...; URL, (12 points Regular, centered)

¨      One free row.

¨       Short resume – Bulgarian/Turkish and English language - Font Size 11, Italic, 5-6 rows, Justified.

¨      Text of the report includes: introduction (purpose of the studying), formulation and results of investigation, achievements and original ideas (method, equipment, program), field of application and results and finally conclusion (regular, 12 point, justified); Distance between the lines – Format, Paragraph, Line Spacing, Single; Tabs Lock (new row to paragraph) – Format, Paragraph, Special: First Line, By: 1 cm

¨      Type primary headings in capital letters (UPPERCASE, Justified, Font Size 12, Bold); Format, Paragraph, Special: First Line, By 1 cm; Spacing Before paragraph 6 pt and Spacing After paragraph – 6 pt

¨      Secondary and tertiary  headings in lower case ( Justified, Font Size 12, Regular); Format, Paragraph, Special: First Line, By 1 cm; Spacing Before paragraph 6 pt

¨       The figures must be integrate whit the text and to have numeration in quotation and names – under them, centered (11 points).

¨       The pages should not be numbered. The numbers are to be written on the back of the pages, using pencil.

¨       The formulas  must have numeration – whit figures in brackets, Align Right.

¨       The quote literature in the text must be whit figures in middle brackets (12 points) and must be arranging in alphabetic order by the family to the first author and to be describing whit the standards to the bibliographical journals.

¨       The pages should not be numbered. The numbers are to be written on the back of the pages, using pencil.

¨       Total capacity – max. 6 pages, including the resume.

¨       The original report must be print whit lazer printer and save to diskette.

 Work languages: Bulgarian, Turkish, English.

Notes:

1.     Reports, receive before the dead line will have a notice from lecturers who have academic rang and will be published on CD with ISBN after the conference.

2.     Maximum time for presentation to one report – 10 min.

3.     The program committee keep the rights do not publish reports, which do not correspondent to the requirements.

4.     One participant can be admitted with one report. Paper presentation, except the plenary papers will be presented by poster in hall 324.
